By attending any event hosted by Bazaar Coral, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Attendance at Bazaar Coral events involves certain risks, dangers, and hazards. By entering the event premises, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to your participation in the event and release Bazaar Coral, its employees, volunteers, vendors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your attendance and participation.
  
• By entering the premises of a Bazaar Coral event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You understand that photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the event.
  
• Your entry and presence at the event constitute your permission for the use of any recorded media that includes your likeness, voice, and/or name. This may include but is not limited to, the publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such media in connection with Bazaar Coral’s promotional and marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, on websites, social media, news outlets, and advertising materials, in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose.
  
• You waive and release any and all claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve such recordings, and any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or compensation for the use of such media.
• If you do not agree to the terms stated above, please refrain from entering the event premises.
